My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean and bug-free, which was great. However, there was a persistent smell of smoke even though it's supposed to be smoke-free, and the noise from other guests smoking weed and slamming doors was quite disturbing at times.

My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, featuring a huge television and a brand-new air conditioner that worked perfectly. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes lingering in the room. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location was excellent, being very close to the US Space and Rocket Center, although the surroundings seemed a bit unkempt. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decent, but there were some issues with housekeeping. The service was friendly but contradictory at times, and the location was conveniently close to my volunteer work. The rooms seemed to be temperamental or struggle to some degree, and I was not ready to the front desk for clean towels on the days that they didn't clean our room. Despite this, they were within 100ft of the rooms.

However, they did take the time to welcome us to Huntsville and made an effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

The location was a highlight of my stay. It was quiet and convenient to anywhere in Huntsville, perfectly suiting my volunteer work. It was also close to tip-top shape and conveniently located for activities like visiting the Botanical Gardens for the Galaxy of Lights event.
